The other benefit was that he was extremely responsive and made himself available. I had been looking with the same realtor for a brick ranch starter home nearly a year when I found Drew. I was having trouble getting my financing together when Jonathan Bullard on Drew’s team got me on the right path. They handled all my paperwork themselves and coached me thru to the closing day. John Joe was very knowledgeable about, both the home buying process and the Charleston area. The first time we purchased a house we went through Drew and made him show us probably 30 houses. My husband and I began discussing purchasing a new home in July as our old house had grown to small with two little kids. We finally decided to give Drew a call in mid-August.
